I spent years disconnected from myself, choosing relationships where I didn't feel safe, people pleasing, validation chasing, quietly abandoning myself while waiting to be chosen. I knew all the right things up here 👆 and kept doing all the wrong things down here. 👇 Classic.
I was even in a cult. So that's fun! 😅
But then I got really honest with myself. I stopped abandoning myself and started choosing myself. Loudly. Joyfully. Imperfectly. And with a whole lot of compassion for my very human, very messy, very loveable self. 🫶
Because here's what I really believe: you're not broken. You never were. You're just human. And there is so much freedom waiting on the other side of actually accepting that.
So I rolled up my sleeves. I got certified in somatic and embodiment coaching... twice. 😜
I did a million other workshops, trainings, intensives, and programs. All in an attempt to come home to me. And baby, it worked.
And THEN something magical happened. I attracted the most incredible man. Not because I finally got it all together. Because I got so connected to myself, so lit up by my life, that the right person couldn't help but find me. He literally chased me up the street. 😄
